At Revivful, we care deeply about protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, process, and safeguard information when you interact with our platform, tenant dashboards, or QR-powered customer review journeys.

Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to facilitate review routing and compile dashboard analytics:

Analytics logs: Logged-in metrics like QR scans, template clicks, redirects, and conversion rates are aggregated. No personal identifiable information (PII) is captured from customers scanning codes.
Business Profile details: Business names, slugs, accent colors, logo initials, and Google Review URLs provided by administrators.
Owner accounts: Usernames and hashed passwords for account access.

Security & Protection

We implement industry-standard cryptographic techniques to secure all platform details:

Hashed Passwords: We do not store plaintext credentials. Owner credentials are salted and securely hashed via PBKDF2 (SHA-512).
Signed Sessions: Authenticated sessions are encrypted in HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookies to protect against cross-site interception.

Third Party Redirects

Revivful provides review copy suggestions and redirects users to third-party maps and Google Review pages. We do not control Google's own privacy rules, cookies, or tracking settings on their domain. We encourage you to review Google's privacy settings when visiting their platform.
